PHILOSOPHY:
Design promotes innovation. My aim is to not make something beautiful, but rather to create something compelling. Good design sits between the intrepid and the dynamic; it is only found in the unknown.
WHO I AM:
I am a designer and artist aiming to create effective, efficient, and quality design that communicates openly. I live in beautiful Denver, Colorado where I was born and raised on thin air. I have been a creative problem solver since I was a kid. I decided to somehow make art my profession, and I obtained a BFA from Colorado State University in 2010. My goal was to teach creative problem solving to children, but after being in education for 5 years, I decided to move on. I finished my AAS in Multimedia and Graphic Design at Arapahoe Community College in 2017. I love learning, and I believe it does not matter how long you have been in the business, there is always something more to gain especially in the dynamic and ever-changing field of design. During my free time, you may find me on a patio somewhere drinking good Colorado beer with my husband, our two daughters, and our beagle, while planning out our next adventure.
